Marldon Bitumen Paper is designed for use where conditions require a material with additional strength and durability and is ideal for use beneath a nail down timber floor when installing directly onto a timber substrate.
Typical uses include:
Moisture barrier
Underlay on uninsulated cladding
Separation layers
Bond breaks
Draught and damp exclusion barriers
Marldon Bitumen Paper is manufactured with wet-strength kraft paper and meeting the technical requirements of BS 152, Class A1F, for water-proof building papers, the product utilises polymer reinforcing scrim.
